Who will show up?
Every week a Trash Bin Bandit professional will show up at your residence to move your bins to the curb for you. We will check all employees prior to insure a safe vetted individual will be helping you. We will encourage them to make themselves known to you on their first visit so you will know who is performing the service.
Am I under a contract?
There are no contracts with Trash Bin Bandits. You may cancel at anytime. Although we do not want to lose your business we respect and understand your decision.
What times will my bins be moved to the curb?
We will start our route at 6pm the night before your scheduled days pickup.
Do you serve my area?
At present we are doing our best to cover as many neighborhoods as possible. Contact us to see if your home falls in our coverage area.
What if my bin is full, will you take down the trash bags around it?
While we will make every effort to help get all of your trash to the curb we will not move extra bags to the curb that will not fit in the bin.
Do you service HOA’S?
We would gladly work with HOA’s to provide service. Please contact us to discuss options and pricing.
When does my service start?
If you sign up at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup day your service will start that week. If it is less then 72 hours we will do our best to get it out. If not it will start the following week.
What if you forget to set out my bins?
Although we do not anticipate this happening, it is possible. If it does we will work with you to fix this mishap and continue to provide you a reliable service.
